I have been trying to connect with someone in Jamaica to create a herbal garden somewhere up in the Blue Mountains, where there is adequate rainfall
and away from people.

The International Zone – Guyana

Guyana has a lot of unused land.
Could the international community negotiate with Guyana to lease some land (for a 100-year lease) to settle refugees from other countries, not just Haiti?
